Who We Are
Supported & Assisted Living Accommodation Provider
We are a not for profit specialist provider of both supported and assisted living accommodation. If you are over 55 years old or older and need help and support for day to day tasks and require assisted living accommodation then we are here to help. Alternatively, if you have any form of learning difficulty, disability or impairment that requires support and are over 18 years of age then our supported living accommodation maybe of interest to you. Intensive Housing Management Services
We provide intensive housing management to all of our residents. In order to achieve this we ensure all residents have full and easy access to management, resources expertise within our organisation and from local specialist support agencies. We therefore deliver accommodation that provides short and long-term benefit to our residents which integrate and enrich communities and neighbourhoods, alike.
Your eligibility to rent our properties will be assessed against your needs of these support services.
Accessible High Quality Accommodation
All of our accommodation is new and purpose built to be fully accessible and adaptable, with no compromise on finishes or fixtures. The accommodation is designed with a homely feel with any specialist adaptations subtlety integrated into the existing layouts and building fabric. The accommodation has been future proofed as far as possible and further personal adaptions can normally be accommodated upon request.
All of our property portfolio exceeds national minimum space standards set out by the Department of Communities and Local Government.

All sites are fitted with and operate advanced High Definition CCTV recording systems strategically mounted around the building designed to not invade your privacy or infringe on your enjoyment. SLE Housing operate a strict CCTV policy which is available upon request.

All of our accommodation is accessed via a personalised key card system making it easy and simple to manage if your card is ever lost or stolen. We keep you safe by blocking the card instantly once it has been reported to our team saving valuable time and avoiding the expense and trouble of having to change a standard lock system.
