The Old School has been repurposed and redeveloped specifically for supported living accommodation.
Each house consists of either 1 or 2 bedrooms with it own private garden space and external parking and entrance. Each house has underfloor heating throughout.
Each unit has been designed so they can be easily adapted and tailored to your individual needs.

The entire building is fitted with managed WIFI access. This is provided for a small additional monthly charge. There are no caps or limits to how much data you can use so you can stream as much content from online as you like from our managed WIFI service.
The Old School is fitted with and operate advanced High Definition CCTV recording systems strategically mounted around the building designed to not invade your privacy or infringe on your enjoyment. SLE Housing operate a strict CCTV policy which is available upon request.
The Old School is accessed via a personalised key card system making it easy and simple to manage if your card is ever lost or stolen. We keep you safe by blocking the card instantly once it has been reported to our team saving valuable time and avoiding the expense and trouble of having to change a standard lock system.
The Bathrooms are design to have a homely feel but still provide a functional performance for your safety. Where applicable bathroom are fitted with level access showers with integrated grab rails in the form of shower slider rails. An assisted bath can also fitted where applicable as all of the power, water and drainage connections are present. Each Bathroom has bespoke made and formed jointless sinks for reduced maintenance and wear. Overspill gulley's are fitted to all bathrooms where level access show trays have been fitted to add an extra layer of safety in the event of the shower flooding. Each bathroom has underfloor heating.
All appliances have been placed at an ideal accessible height no matter what your disability. Furthermore there are no legs to the feature granite dining table making it ideal for wheel chair users and the like. Induction hobs are fitted as standard for safety and energy efficiency. Induction cooking is more efficient than traditional methods with up to a 70% reduction in energy consumption. This is because 90% of the energy produced channelled into the pan itself. That means that food cooks faster using less power. Induction hobs are safer, as there is no flame or element to ignite fumes or cause burns. Induction compatible pans are required for use.
You don't get a second chance to make a first impression, from the array of fountains in the courtyard to the quality of the interior finishes within each house which is underfloor heated throughout. The houses are exclusively located on their own dedicate street with its own post code. Access to the site is via securely gated entrances with key card or facial recognition.
High quality tiles and sanitaryware have been used throughout from Porcelanosa. Customisable mood lighting can be found in each every Bathroom along with storage cupboards for belongings under every sink. Depending upon your needs, there are a mixture of houses with level access showers and baths to choose from.
High quality fixtures and fittings have been used throughout the building and the communal hallway are no exception. All communal areas are secure, well lit and monitored via the key cards access system and onsite CCTV. Each house is fitted with underfloor heating throughout.
Your lounge will be open plan with your kitchen and dining area. Your lounge will be equipped with a comfy sofa and a selection of dining chairs. Brackets and connections are provided on the main wall of the Lounge for you to mount a TV.
You will have a secure landscaped garden overlooking the property and will be maintained by landscape gardeners as part of the service charge contract.
A formal private patio seating area with an area for BBQ’s, relaxing and socialising with friends and family or other residents within your community.
